   Shisha can mess with your head just as well as herbal smoke. I, myself would get violently sick if I smoked tobacco laced with cherry or whatever that gooey tobacco mixture is.

   Actually, it probably was. Number one, a traditional n’argileh such as that is a terrible device for smoking any form of pot other than hash. Number two, it’s very easy to get a headache from smoking too much tobacco, and very easy to smoke too much when it’s in the form of delicious fruit flavored tar free smoke. I have definitely never been sick from smoking anything but tobacco.
